Genuinely the best experience I’ve ever had with a mechanic. Carter communicated everything with me while my Camaro’s transmission was being replaced under warranty very well so I was never left … More wondering what was going on. The warranty adjuster took their sweet time getting around to inspecting the car, but Carter was on the phone with them pushing to get the approval to do the repairs while also keeping me informed the entire time. When it came to actually getting the part we learned that it was discontinued, but Carter went out of his way to find a transmission for me. I am telling you that this was genuinely the best experience I’ve ever had with mechanics. I received the same level of service when I had my oil changed in my truck. The car runs like a dream and the truck is good too. Carter has a great team backing his own customer service skills. Thank you all for the excellent service! Less

Well after having it in the shop and spending $180 the issue is not fixed. Called next day, took it back and they found it was under warranty. With I didn’t have to pay $180 to find that out.
