    • TIMING COVER &/OR GASKET – Remove & Replace – Limited,XLT,V6 – [Includes: Replace Front Crankshaft Oil Seal except on Timing Belt applications.]
    • AXLE SHAFT SEAL – Remove & Replace – FWD Both
    • STEERING GEAR (COMPLETE) – Remove & Install or Remove & Replace – [Includes: Adjust toe-in on Rack and Pinion type Steering Gears. NOTE: Deduct .4 if alignment is also performed. DOES NOT include transfer of components.]
    • (Additional) – STEERING GEAR (COMPLETE) – Remove & Install or Remove & Replace If necessary to lower Rear of the Subframe add
    • Road test vehicle. Check all suspension and steering parts for wear. Check tire pressure and condition. Check riding height. Check alignment of all four wheels. Adjust caster, camber, toe-in, and thrust angle as needed on all four wheels. Center ste

    • CAUSE: #1 SPARK PLUG FAILED. CORRECTION: CONFIRMED CUSTOMER CONCERN. FOUND CODE P0301 CYLINDER 1 MISFIRE. TESTED COIL AND FOUND TO BE GOOD. REMOVED SPARK PLUG AND TESTED COMPRESSION AND FOUND ALL CYLINDERS WERE GOOD. TESTED FUEL PRESSURE AND FOUND TO BE GOOD. TOOK SAMPLE OF FUEL DUE TO CUSTOMER HAVING ISSUE AFTER FILLING FUEL AND FOUND TO BE GOOD. TESTED SPARK PLUGS AND FOUND #1 PLUG TO BE OPEN. NEED TO REPLACE ALL SPARK PLUGS.

    • CAUSE: LEFT LOWER TAIL LIGHT BULB BURNT OUT. CORRECTION: CONFIRMED CUSTOMER CONCERN. FOUND THAT THE LEFT LOWER TAIL LIGHT WAS OUT. REMOVED AND FOUND BULB TO BE BURNT OUT. INSTALLED BULB AND FOUND ALL TO WORK AS IT SHOULD.

    • CAUSE: CAMSHAFT POSITION SENSOR CONNECTOR DIRTY CORRECTION: CONFIRMED CUSTOMER CONCERN. FOUND CODES P0345
    • CMP Sensor A Circuit Problem – Bank 2, P0349
    • CMP Sensor A Circuit Intermittent – Bank 2. FOLLOWED TROUBLESHOOTING AND FOUND WIRING TO THE SENSOR TO BE GOOD. TESTED SENSOR AND FOUND SIGNAL TO BE GOOD AND SENSOR WORKING PROPERLY. FOUND DIRT AND WATER INTRUSION IN THE CONNECTOR AND SEAL WAS PUSHED OUT. REPAIRED SEAL AND CLEANED CONNECTOR. TEST DROVE AND FOUND ALL WORKING AS IT SHOULD.
    • CAUSE: HIGH SIDE SCHRADER VALVE LEAKING CORRECTION: CONFIRMED CUSTOMER CONCERN. FOUND THAT THE A/C WAS NOT BLOWING COLD. CHECKED COMPRESSOR AND FOUND TO TURN FINE BUT WAS NOT OPERATING. CHECKED SYSTEM PRESSURE AND FOUND TO BE LOW. EXAMINED SYSTEM AND FOUND THAT THE HIGH SIDE SCHRADER VALVE IS LEAKING. RECOVERED SYSTEM AND FOUND .035LBS OF FREON IN THE SYSTEM. REPLACED BOTH SCHRADER VALVES AND CHARGED SYSTEM. FOUND ALL IS WORKING AS IT SHOULD. CHECKED OVER SYSTEM FOR LEAKS AND ALL WAS GOOD.
    • AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM – Complete Charge – [Includes: Air Conditioning system recover, evacuate and recharge.]
    • Lubricate and check chassis. Change oil and oil filter. Check air filter and breather filter. Check all fluid levels and tire pressures. Preform basic safety inspection. Road test vehicle.
    • STARTER ASSEMBLY – Remove & Replace – F150
